  Kristina Pucino went above and beyond to answer all questions I had regarding adding lines to my plan and promotional offers. She did not hesitate to answer additional questions, even when it was her day off. Top notch at this wireless zone. Highly recommend.

  To whom it may concern: I am writing a review on your star employee in new Windsor at Verizon. I just purchased a new phone and needed a lot of direction and info a few times and Kristina Pucino was extremely helpful but her knowledge and patience went far beyond my expectations, in addition after spending time with me she gave her card and suggested to call anytime in future. IT'S REFRESHING TO ENCOUNTER A YOUNG PERSON that is so helpful to an older individual who is not as efficient with this technology. .I just wanted you to be aware of her professional value.
