  I called the previous day to price a wenge wood laminate I needed asap. The big box stores could only commit to a 7-10 day ship. The "sales rep" priced an item I saw online and promptly called me back with the info, with a decent price. Next day we rushed into the store and unfortunately got there 25 minutes to closing. (4:35 PM) Two forced smiles greeted us upon entering the showroom. Sensing this, we were VERY brief in our questions and requested to see the sample in person. No sample? Ok.... So we poked around and quickly took note of other laminates we considered. Suddenly I hear gates being drawn, then the clencher--- the other one shuts the lights out on us. Just WOW! Five minutes till closing and the two "sales reps" flew out into their vehicles right after we had to leave. We left upset, but still willing to order with them until it sunk in how absolutely rudely we were treated. Seriously. WOW!?! Nevertheless, we drove to a nearby HD and found a more expensive alternative and accepted their 7 day ship policy. Never again, "Affordable Floors".
